Sunday 1 September: We enter Denmark across the Øresund bridge-tunnel. Copenhagen lies on the horizon.
This is a picture-postcard shot of Nyhavn, where I went on a boat tour round the harbour and inner-city canals.
On Monday 2 September I gave a talk at the University of Roskilde about Turing and the physical basis of computability. What I said was based on this lecture.

It was the first day of term, and students were streaming in. Two of them, a boy and a girl, were standing naked at the gateway. (Was this to do with the forthcoming Roskilde Festival with its famous naked race?)

Unfortunately I didn't have my camera ready for this. So you must simply admire this vision of modern Danish architecture instead.
